1. 7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
- With all original tags and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process & Logistics (3PL)
To start a return, please contact us at support@maxvia.life.
- Important: All returns must be sent to our dedicated third-party logistics (3PL) provider at the following address: 55 Triangle Blvd Unit B, Carlstadt, NJ 07072, United States.
- Note: This address differs from our operating address because we utilize a specialized 3PL partner to handle shipping and returns efficiently.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at support@maxvia.life if the item is:
- Defective or damaged.
- The wrong item. We will evaluate the issue immediately to make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return:
- Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items.
5. European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria (original condition, packaging, and proof of purchase).
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds (Processed via Original Payment Method)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, iPayout, or Payoneer) within 10 business days.
- Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 7 business days have passed since your approval and you haven't received the refund, please contact us at support@maxvia.life.
